Ive invested in many homes before and had many experiences from many Agents. Tara is the best! She was referred to me and not only negotiated an even better deal than expected, she stayed involved throughout the process, even questioned an appraisal that would have nixed the sale by offering the seasoned appraiser a list of updated rental incomes for our beachfront which saved the deal from a lending prospective! I can not say enough good things about this agent. I had family coming into town late on a weekend, and not only did she find us a last minute rental on the island, she catered to their needs regarding showing a few properties over the weekend. Tara was the BOMB! I've been trying to get my people from up north to move here for so so long and now they have finally committed! I can't say it was me. Early in my home search I was using a different realtor who did not seem available to me and my wife during our search so I requested an agent to show me our top homes on Zillow and literally within five minutes, Tara called me and was on it. Tara spent several hours that first day thoroughly showing us our top homes along with providing us with any information we could ever need including HOA covenants and other ancillary things that would help us make the best decision for our family. She also has deep rooted knowledge in the Snead ferry/Jacksonville, North Carolina area that is hard to find. Eventually, when we found the house of our dreams, Tara helped us formulate a strong offer and help negotiate on our behalf successfully to get better terms than we thought we would get. She was available every second of the process thereafter and continues to help us as we are making our move. We are so excited to be in our new dream home that we just closed on thanks to Taras help!
