Mathew was great he listened to everything I needed and wanted and made it happen. He was a pleasure to work with . As a widow moving to Florida from New York I was very concerned about safety . Matt took me to very good areas did research for me so I was comfortable and truly seemed to care . He was very reliable and was very responsive to my calls . A great communicator. I would highly recommend Mathew . Actually I just have to my friend. A real genuine guy , anyone would be lucky to have them as their realtor.

Chase was great to work with! He knew the area and market, knew the local laws for insurance in Florida, knew the process. He was very responsive to questions and had contacts for everything from flooring and insurance to a pool guy - very helpful when buying a house from out of state! We would definitely work with him again and recommend him to anyone.

Chase helped us purchase our first home and then again to sell that same home three years later. As a first time home buyer and seller, we had a lot of questions and Chase was always quick to respond and informative. We wanted our house to sell fast and we had an offer within 24 hours and were under contract within 3 days. The process couldnt have been any smoother and a lot of that is thanks to Chase and his expertise at real estate.
