I Being raised in the Area I know the area like the back of my hand. My family owning property vastly though the area, I have a colossal amount of knowledge of the area, town, and community. Chase was awesome! Very responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. I would use him again 10 out of 10 times! We were using a different agent prior to Chase and did not know how terrible that agent was until we experienced Chase. He was very fast in moving the information needed to purchase our land and was forthright with said information. Our last agent was not.

Working with Chase was a pleasant surprise and great find for us. Chase knows the local area well, he guided us through the entire process from property comparisons, to effective communication and negotiation with the sellers, to what was needed to close. What also sets Chase apart from other agents we've worked with is his knowledge of construction, building materials and mountain home maintenance. He was available every day of the week and evenings - he spent multiple days with us to show us multiple properties and option types and he was there with us during inspection and close.
