I worked with Chase to get a piece of land I owned in Ridgway sold. He did an excellent job from beginning to end, and we just closed on the land after being on the market for about 3 months. We closed for a place close to what we were targeting in a tricky sellers market which is definitely a credit to Chase' great work. Very professional and easy to work with w/intimate knowledge of the local market aroun northern San Juans. Highly reccomend Chase if your looking for a great agent in the area!
