Charly was simply put... amazing. She was NOT the first agent I contacted to sell my home she was the last tho because she impressed me from the start. She was very professional and open with me always responding to texts and calls even with my odd hours. She gave me excellent advise on things to do and what not to do to prep to list. When I was injured and couldnt complete some cleaning projects she had resources that did excellent work for competitive prices. She was always respectful and even encouraging even tho my house wasnt "high end luxury" for the area. And the bottom line, her advise and strategies got my family much more than the initial agent wanted to list my house for. Charly is absolutely hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. So thankful that she was the realtor to reach out to me after I booked a showing on Zillow. She knew what I wanted and was someone I could trust. She is personable, communicative, and responsive to texts at all hours of the day, which drove us to WANT to stay with her. She never made us feel inferior for the questions we asked or how particular I wanted things. She helped us find a home for almost an entire year before we finally closed on our dream first home. On the Friday we closed, like I previously stated, Charly knew me and how I liked things. Charly had her cleaning ladies come to our new home to clean the house from top to bottom, so I would not have to do it before moving stuff in that night. Charly also generously ordered, not only my husband and I dinner, but she included my sister as well because Charly knew she was there helping us move. Charly did not have to do any of that, but she did it out of the goodness of her heart and she cares about her clients.
