My husband and I have recently purchased our very first home and our relator Charlotte helped with all of our needs, concerns, and demands. Her work was not only precise but we both felt she was always willing to go the extra mile for us as her clients and perform 110%. Being first-time home buyers along with living four hours away from our new home town we had many questions and they were always answered and sometimes answered before we could even ask them. She also made herself available basically 24/7 including weekends and holidays. This is someone who is willing to make you feel like you are making the best decision and willing to give advice when asked. After-all, feeling comfortable with the biggest investment of your life is a big deal for me, personally. Lastly I wanted to explain just how quickly this process went for us, now the timing does also rely on several different aspects of the home buying process, but everything Charlotte could do as a relator, was done at a shockingly fast pace. My husband and I got approved for a loan amount, and within the next weekend of our next visit down south we had a planned itinerary (made by Charlotte) to view eleven homes between Saturday and Sunday. Our dream home was the second home we viewed and an offer was put in on that same Saturday. Sunday the offer was approved by the seller and Monday our home inspection was done. During the next few weeks after approval and inspection, our lender, ins co., and Charlotte were all in touch and next thing we knew, we had our closing date and by mid-month, the next month we had the keys to our dream home. I understand this may be a long review to read, but for those who worry about finding a realtor and trusting another person with helping them through this tough and stressful process can be a difficult decision in itself. However, even with Charlottes short amount of experience her enthusiasm and commitment to finding what you want in a home, along with making sure you get the absolutely most for your money, she is second to none and she was our best decision. Thank you so much Charlotte for making this happen for us and helping us find our dream home.

I was completely new to the whole buying a house thing. I had no idea where to begin, and still don't. When I meet with Ms Charlotte, I was just seeking information on a few houses I'd seen listed by her company online. Well, she ended up being my agent. I did a very gutsy thing by letting her just deal with everything, you see, I was just lazy like that. Anywho, it was the best decision I'd made. You can't just do this with anyone. Final outcome, she is worth more than her weight in gold. My God placed her on my path, and got me THE very best deal in town. I'm a first time home buyer and went into this pretty much blind. I had no idea what to expect nor how the process went. From the first phone call Charlotte put my mind at ease and it wasn't long after that she gained my trust. She is extremely friendly and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with her. Her knowledge in her field is noticeably extensive and she was able to answer any questions I had, not only about the housing market but also about the loan process, which I knew nothing about. We settled for thousands lower than the asking price and Charlotte also negotiated with the sellers to have them cover various expenses that I would've never thought of. It was obvious early on that she would work hard to make sure we got what we wanted. Our overall experience was extremely pleasant and we couldn't be happier with Charlotte's performance. Love love love Mrs. Charlotte! She is super helpful and very energetic. What I like most about her as a realtor is that she will answer and return your calls at any time, not just between normal working hours. I texted her about a house one morning and she was able to get me in as soon as I got off of work the same day. If she hadn't I probably would've missed a great opportunity. That house is now my home!
