The house was fairly new, very well built, and served us well.A However, the realtor (representing us) gave us some wrong information regarding the association and a few other things. ZillowVERIFIEDI would have written this review sooner but I have been too busy moving into my beautiful new home that Charlotte seemingly effortlessly helped us purchase. I spoke with Charlotte the first time on July 14th and by September 9th I was closing on the house of my dreams. Charlotte was always available and swift when I had questions or concerns and any speed bumps we hit along the way she handled with grace and confidence. Buying a home can be an intimidating and stressful process but having someone as hardworking and nice as Charlotte on my side really gave me confidence and put my nerves at ease.
