Charlotte is amazing!!!! My husband and I had moved to a different state, and our house was struggling in general. We bought it unaware of the many issues that it had, and we started the process of fixing it ourselves, alongside licensed individuals. We got the opportunity to relocate for my husband's job, and we took it, but it left our house in half-finished condition. We were given Charlotte's info, and it was the absolute best thing that could have happened. She told us the things that needed to be focused on and the small things that needed improvement, and the things that would not pass inspections. She handled getting all of the people to work on the home before and after inspections to make this happen. She checked on progress of repairs for us constantly and sent pictures the entire time so we knew what was going on. When I say we could not have sold our house without her as our realtor, I am not in any way over exaggerating. I would recommend her to any person in the Gulfport area. You want her as your realtor. If you are in a bind and don't know what to do, she is the person who is going to see the light at the end of the tunnel. A truly amazing person to work with, and I can not sing her praises enough. Don't go anywhere else. Stick with Charlotte. She actually cares.
