I called Charlotte because a woman at the bus stop told me what an excellent experience she had had buying a home. She was so right! Charlotte really listens and makes the whole experience of looking at properties, negotiating, and finally closing as easy as can be. My deal wasn't straight-forward as there was a First Time Home Buyers grant from the county. Charlotte quickly brought herself up to speed on what was needed and made sure all the T(s) were crossed and I(s) dotted. I had hoops to jump for this, and Charlotte made sure I didn't fall through. In the end, I got a great price on a beautiful property and highly recommend that any buyer or seller give Charlotte a call for the best real estate experience.
