Charlie quickly responded to our questions and is an excellent source for local history. He shepherded us through the process and introduced us the resources for title companies and financing our mortgage. Our home at the time had just gone on the market and Charlie was able to work with the sellers to set up a contingent sale at a time when few were doing them. All in all, things went by the numbers, our house sold and we purchased this property and our sellers were able to purchase theirs all within hours of each other.It was like watching dominoes fall!

What an absolute perfectly orchestrated and incredible blessing to meet Shawn and his family (The TarantoGroup). On a whim, my wife and I attended an open house they were showing, met Shawn and later his dad, ate some wonderful, homemade brownies from his mom, got pre-approved on site, and completed our offer in our truck in the driveway! Shawn prayed with and for us... Such a treasure!
