ZillowVERIFIEDJohn was pleasant to work with. He seemed to know the area. However, the process was not as smooth as I'd hoped. He notified us about a week *after* the deadline for an inspection that it had passed, and so any problems found in the inspection would be 'information only'. When I asked for details about what we should do if it were to uncover a major problem, he was evasive. Separately, I asked him at least three times a question about the property, and he never answered the question. I eventually ended up asking the seller directly when we happened to encounter them unofficially.
