Kollin is a great real estate agent. Very friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to work around my schedule and that was appreciated. He gave his honest opinions on the houses I looked at and was able to get helpful information on all of them. As a first time homeowner he was very patient and helped me out with all my questions. Once I found the house I wanted to buy he really helped me organize and made sure I did everything I needed to do. He went out of his way to bring in multiple contractors to figure how much we could negotiate the price down. In the end, he was able to talk the sellers down from $400,000 to $372,900. I was more than happy with him.
