Charlie Caddell

I grew up in the Helena area on a ranch near Montana City. I have two children; Marcus loves animals, T- ball and chocolate chips cookies and Nicholi, my daughter, is traveling the world while proudly serving in our country's Navy. In 2001 I moved to Butte where I dedicated 15 years to car sales management where I built the foundation and discipline to pursue business ventures such as creating and growing a multi property rental business that I continue to operate. At the start of 2015 I moved back to Helena where I now passionately pursue real estate with my partner Cory Caddell. My experience has made me well versed in residential, farm and ranch, and investment properties. Cory specializes in commercial listings and brings to the table over 20 years of construction and design. We come together to create a very effective team that can help all unique buyers and sellers find the right choice for them in any form of real estate. I enjoy all aspects of real estate and always continue to look for ways to expand and grow my book of business. I am very dedicated to my clients and work tirelessly to help them buy and or sell. I am available all days of the week to help you buy and sell property.
