CHARLES NEWTON

Chuck moved to Beaufort from New England in 2013. He has bought and sold residential real estate in ten U.S. states and two foreign countries - Boston, New York, Atlanta, St. Michaels Md, Hong Kong, Singapore, Hawaii, New Hampshire and Rhode Island - during a long career in consulting (and moving around!) When not working in real estate, much of his time is taken up serving as Chairman of the Sea Island Corridor Coalition, a local advocacy group focused on smart development along the Sea Island Parkway. A native of Wyoming, he is a graduate of Boston University and holds an MBA from Babson College.
