Janice did a great job. The house pictures were beautiful and the narrative was informative and inviting. Janice's sales method worked so well the house sold to the 1st person who viewed it. Then Janice continued to help us by negotiating a fair price and arranged with the buyer through escrow negotiations to extend the closing to allow us to wait to move until the house we were purchasing (which was under construction) to close therefore eliminating the need to move twice which was perfect. Everything worked out perfectly from the sales price through escrow and then closing. So we highly recommend Janice and her team of professionals if you want to sell your property.

Our first meeting with Ryan, we toured some homes while we were on vacation in Scottsdale.
