What can i say about Nicole...We could not have worked with a more personable, knowledgeable, attentive, responsive and just all around great person and agent. During our process we had multiple delays from my initial lender over the course of a month. Numerous settlement dates missed with no idea of when the madness would end. This caused a lot of hardship for my family and our seller. Nicole, absorbed a lot of the pressure and anxiety for us. Rather than sit back and wait Nicole was proactive and found two other lenders ready to step in and get our deal done. Acting on her advise we made the switch and settled within 10 days. Not to mention she spent a Saturday to help us move in. We purchased a beautiful home for our family, but beyond that we gained a great friend as well. I highly recommend Nicole and the entire Gregg team.
