I have called Southwest Montana home since 1996, living in Bozeman, Missoula, and now in Livingston. A decade ago, an opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of surface and mineral estate ownership landed at my door. In the years since, I have been an independent Landman for energy companies across the United States, negotiating oil and gas Leases, surface and mineral interest transfers, and acting as the liaison between energy companies and the surface- and/or mineral rights owners. My expertise and attention to detail in title research and contract negotiation are key to my clients reaching their goals. I parlayed this experience into real estate and joined Small Dog Realty in 2015??? Combining my vast knowledge of surface- and mineral-estate ownership with a professional, straightforward and honest approach to real estate, I am dedicated to helping clients find success in their real-estate endeavors. I understand the excitement and stress that comes with purchasing or selling real estate and focus on making the process as seamless as possible. When not busy keeping up with my energetic young family, I head out with my fly-rod, Jack Russell terrier and English setter to cruise Montana's back roads in search of hidden fishing holes and hunting grounds.
