ZillowVERIFIEDMy experience with Kimberly was less than professional. I found Kim through zillow to show me homes in Houghton Lake area. Kim, while the nicest person, wasn't the agent I had hoped for. For one, her lack of knowledge and research of the properties she showed me, was non-existent. She didn't do any research or have any knowledge on the properties and basically was just there to unlock the doors. She did not send me any new listings to look at or assist in finding me potential properties. She also did not send me one single comparable for the multiple properties I put offers on and was left to figure our my own comps using Zillow. Furthermore, Kim gave me wrong information regarding her own PA contract, in which she admitted she had been operating with outside contract guidelines for years. This wrong information caused me to be outside of my contract time and resulted in a month long battle with the seller regarding my earnest deposit, which, I forfeited due to Kims negligence and lack of fiduciary responsibility to me as her client. Her broker, Charlene Scheer, was not responsive or offer her assistance in any way to resolve any of these problems. Because of this, I had to involve the local Board of Realtors CEO to facilitate communication and eventually had to work with the sellers broker on my own, as Kim refused to settle the earnest deposit dispute in the way that I, the client, wished to. Stay away from this brokerage, Premier WaterFront Realty and I highly advise you do not hire Kim Gibbs.
