I cant recommend Charlene enough. She was very patient with us looking at several houses, always responding quickly and making time for us on short notice. When we found the house we wanted, that Charlenes knowledge really shined. She was able to answer all of our questions, or find the answer quickly if she didnt know it. She really knows her stuff!
