ZillowVERIFIEDWe did not have a good experience as a veteran family. Any home we saw we found it her, not one home we saw was due to her sending it our way, her husband was kind but she would send him to show us houses with no information, she has little to no information on a house when showing it, she gave no fight for offers we put in, we saw over 20 or less houses in 3 months with nothing moving. It would have been easier if she would have done more research for us before attempting to show us the home. She knew land was important to us and would do zero research to see if it was on a hill or not. She did get us in showings fast but it was only due to lack of information about the property. What really got me was the lack of professionalism she would make rude comments and off comments about EVERYTHING throughout a home. She made us feel that no matter what we saw it wasnt good enough. I do appreciate a realtor having a good eye for damage, fixes, or things that wont pass inspection. She went beyond this. Communication and getting into homes was pretty steady I will say that, but the lack of research and care of our wants was not taken into account. We ended up just stopping all communication and going with another local realtor. The realtor we switched to had us under contract on the third home she showed us and we just closed on our home this week. I would go elsewhere if you want to get to the closing table.
