AMAZING is how I can describe my experience with Charity as my realtor. Charity was super helpful in all aspects of buying a home. I worked with Charity to sell my condo and buy a new one. She is a joy to work with. I totally felt like I was being taken care of. In 6 weeks she sold my place and I was moved into my new one. Charity was always there to alleviate my anxiety (which I had a lot of), being calm and telling me "we will find you the perfect place" and she did. The sale and buy were a bit difficult because of them being condos, there are other requirements that need to be done. Charity took care of everything. Her team of co-workers are the best. They too were always available when I needed to find out some info. I would highly recommend Charity, she takes excellent care of all her clients. You will not be disappointed. I could not have had a better experience with Charity's expertise, professionalism and kindness. She is the best at what she does and wears many hats.
