AMAZING is how I can describe my experience with Charity as my realtor. Charity was super helpful in all aspects of buying a home. Finding a house in the Sacramento was super difficult and time consuming, Charity was very patient with us as first time buyers and kept our spirits up when it seemed like we would never find a place. I worked with Charity to sell my condo and buy a new one. She is a joy to work with. I totally felt like I was being taken care of. In 6 weeks she sold my place and I was moved into my new one. Charity was always there to alleviate my anxiety (which I had a lot of), being calm and telling me "we will find you the perfect place" and she did. The sale and buy were a bit difficult because of them being condos, there are other requirements that need to be done. Charity took care of everything. Her team of co-workers are the best. They too were always available when I needed to find out some info. I would highly recommend Charity, she takes excellent care of all her clients. You will not be disappointed. I could not have had a better experience with Charity's expertise, professionalism and kindness. She is the best at what she does and wears many hats.
