Chandra is the realtor that I selected to oversee the sale of my home and every interaction with her has been positive. I first met her last July when we had a pre-meeting to go through the house and Chandra subsequently completed a fair market assessment of comparable properties in our area. This gave me an idea of what the value of the house would be should I decide to sell. By January I decided to put the house on the market and Chandra was the first person I called. She has managed all of the details and been an excellent guide since this was my first experience selling a house. What is most impressive is her level of knowledge about real estate practices and how best to position a house for listing. She gave me information about preparing the house for staging, then worked with a colleague to complete the staging and photos, which included drone shots of the property. The process for managing viewings was done electronically, which gave me control of the time for viewings so I could make sure the house was in order. She has excellent communication skills, uses texts and phone calls to make sure important information is being conveyed and answers all of my questions patiently and with good detail so I understand the different processes. I can confidently recommend Chandra as a valuable, knowledgeable partner for anyone looking to put their house on the market.

Chandra was absolutely wonderful helping my wife and I find our first home. She worked with us consistently and always made sure we were informed every step of the way during the home buying process. Chandra was patient with us when it came to our questions as first time homebuyers and guided us expertly. The housing market can be particularly difficult right now especially for first time homebuyers but Chandra made us comfortable and taught us so much.
