My job is to assist you in what will probably be the largest financial investment you will probably make. I am going to prepare you, guide you and ensure that everything is done accurately, timely and always with your best interest.

Any agent can list your home. But it takes a real professional to come up with a game plan, marketing strategies and tactics that can get your home SOLD in the time-frame and price point you need.

I recently listed and sold a home for a couple, who needed to make an enough profit to upgrade to another home and help pay for their wedding. The buyers for the home were also engaged and their wedding date was only a week apart from my sellers'. The buyers were more than qualified to buy and they had a connection with my sellers. This transaction was not only about money. It was about people transitioning into the next stages of their lives. And the fact that 1 home was a common factor for 2 families making the same transition was nice. It's not just our job to buy and sell real estate; it's also to help people who need to buy and/or sell and help them transition into their next stages of life.

I got started in real estate in 2008 because of my mother. My mother is also a Realtor and has been for about 26 years. In 2008, some of her past clients were contacting her because they were upside down on their mortgage. She had many people asking to help with a loan modification or to short sale their home. It was then that she asked me to quit my job and help her manage her clients. Immediately after, the infamous real estate crash happened. We had a successful business helping distressed homeowners, however, it was not easy to see and many of the stories were heartbreaking. We also had an in-house attorney providing loss mitigation (legal) services to our clients. I then transitioned to being a real estate paralegal and managed the entire short sale department. I then transitioned to regular real estate sales in 2012.

In addition to my Bachelor's and Master's in Criminal Justice, I also have a Master's in International Real Estate from Florida International University's School of Business. It has taught me the many aspects and divisions of the real estate industry. As a Keller Williams Realty Agent, I am also exposed to some of the industry's best training, including Ignite & BOLD. Due to this, I treat real estate as BUSINESS, not a hobby. My business has been 90% referral-based and I try my best to provide the best service possible to every single client.
