Chana was a nice person and very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the selling process. Even from the beginning, she knew how to stay in touch without ever becoming a pest. She was also more honest than the other realtors who were cold calling me (big practice where i happen to live)," which is why i went with her. Any time i texted or called her, she got right back to me. She always remembered everything we had spoken about, including personal issues, and would check in about that stuff before getting into business. Chana gave me some decent advice along the way and provided various resources, including "pre-inspection" person who made sure I would pass. Even weeks after closing, she continue to check in with me, which is nice. Being honest, there were a few moments when she did some of the more typical realtor stuff, such as convincing me before listing that my success would depend on choosing the right realtor and then after listing trying to point to the market when those initial promises did not come to fruition. But honestly, they ALL do that. At the end of the day, even though I only got one offer and not quite as much as I hoped, but she sold my house and allowed me to meet my goals for moving on, which was her job. She's likable, honest, persistent and smart person who I would definitely work with again.
