ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend working with Chad. We first talked to Chad on a Friday morning. He set up appointments to see two houses that day. We made an offer Friday night and Chad got out offer to the owner?s broker that night. We had an accepted offer Saturday morning. Chad followed up on all the steps needed prior to closing on the home. He kept on top of everything and reminded me of steps I needed to follow up on. You cannot go wrong working with Chad.

We really lucked out! He got to know us well and saw the potential of each house we looked at as it relates to our specific needs. He was open, honest and upfront about everything he saw and we asked about. He was so responsive in his communications (literally any time of day/week) and had great patience with us even when we asked the same question multiple times! He really is wonderful for first time home buyers. Not only was he there for us when we had questions, but he was there for us mentally and emotionally, comforting us through the entire process. I dont think we would have bought our home so quickly and confidently if we didnt have Chad as our realtor.
