About Chad Vogt

I am a Realtor with Re/Max Palm Realty and I love it. I have always worked construction, and been told by my friends and family that I should start my own business. The problem was I did not know what to do. I wanted to get away from all of the hard labor, and use my mind and personal skills to create an income. I was involved in an accident which laid me up for a whole year and unable to walk. I started browsing the internet for deals, and started buying and selling whatever I could to make an income. Now I am the go-to guy whenever any family or friends need to find a deal on a purchase. Real Estate has given me the opportunity to make buying and selling for others a career. I am a little different than most, as I am not high pressure, and I try to make the property hunting experience enjoyable. Iam there from the beginning to the end and beyond in most cases. I would like my customers to think of me as "Your Friend In Real Estate".

Chad is more then a realtor, over the years he has become my friend. He is caring, knowledgeable, has resources of people to help with repairs, honest, diligent, a man of the highest character. We hit the jackpot with Chad. He is extremely personable and humored us along with whatever crazy notion we had at the moment as to what we thought we wanted. He entertained our ideas and gave us honest feedback. Chad was great at answering calls and texts and dealing with all the questions emotions we were going through with this process. He really went to bat for us on the sale and purchase of our home(s). I would highly recommend chad vogt when buying a house. He gets right to the point if it's worth it or not. By that meaning he check's on if it need's a new roof or how old it is along with all the other major thing's like ac, water heater, etc. he helped me and my family buy a home and we recommend him to everyone that's looking as well. 5 stars all the way.
