Chad did phenomenal work with helping me find tenants for my property. As a homeowner looking to lease for the first time, I was overcome with trepidation at the prospect of showing my property to strangers, negotiating contracts, and managing tenants. Chad came recommended to me through my building's HOA, and the experience of working with him was better than I could have ever imagined. Chad helped me and my husband buy our very first home together and we cannot say enough phonomenal things about him! It's honestly hard to imagine that anyone could find a better agent.
