Chad did phenomenal work with helping me find tenants for my property. Through our experience of working together, I became more and more relaxed, feeling that my property was in great hands in the search for tenants. At the end of our journey together, Chad's team also took care of coordinating the onboarding of a property manager as well, going above and beyond. I cannot recommend Chad highly enough as a listing agent and will undoubtedly reach out to him again should I require similar services in future.

Chad helped me and my husband buy our very first home together and we cannot say enough phonomenal things about him! It's honestly hard to imagine that anyone could find a better agent. It's hard to put together words to describe the experience that Chad provided in my new home buying process, but let's just say I'm beyond impressed. First off, speed, when it comes to quickness on every phone call or text being answered within minutes. Every piece of the contract and documents were handled immediately. Every aspect of the inspections were scheduled quickly, and then after purchase rescheduled to complete anything necessary the day the keys were handed over. I truly don't think there's a quicker agent out there. The professionalism Chad holds up, at such a young age, I feel is unmatched. Yet all done so in a friendly and comfortable feeling way. I had 10+ other agent connections to choose from and glad I made this decision. Not to mention the $50k seller credit that was achieved for repairs found during inspections. Overall I can go on an on about how happy I am with everything, but I can't speak more highly of this experience, and will happily refer Chad to any and all looking to buy a house.
