First off, speed, when it comes to quickness on every phone call or text being answered within minutes. Every piece of the contract and documents were handled immediately. Every aspect of the inspections were scheduled quickly, and then after purchase rescheduled to complete anything necessary the day the keys were handed over. I truly don't think there's a quicker agent out there. The professionalism Chad holds up, at such a young age, I feel is unmatched. Yet all done so in a friendly and comfortable feeling way.
