I cant say enough good things about working with Chad Sellers!! During the recent sale of our house he went above and beyond! We were contingent on a new home and needed to sell ours fast. During our countless talks with Chad about the process and what ifs I think every worse case scenario happened. Then during the week of closing after we were informed we had green lights across the board on selling our house it started to fall apart 3 days before closing! Chad was out of the country on vacation and worked diligently constantly contacting us, the buyer, and lender to fix the issue. Chad fought for the future of our family and made sure our dreams came true! I highly recommend working with Chad as he looks after you and fights for you and always gets your family to the end goal!
