Chad is kind , honest and worked hard for us. He had houses to look at everyday we had a chance to look. He made the financing process easy and understood. He really helped in focusing on what we wanted, not just what would be a good sale for him.He recommended a great mortgage company and really appreciated his effor for that. Chad has been very helpful for everyone in my family. He has helped my mom buy and sell a house, my sister buy and sell a house, and me to sell a house. We must be happy if we keep going back. Chad was recommended to us. He did a great job in representing us during our home purchase. Always responsive and had great recommendations. The night we met him we were looking at houses. With a few days we had a contract. The follow up and the way he worked with our financing broker Jeff Tarbell was awesome. We were ready to close within 13 days due to their hard work.
