I contacted several agents. Chad was the only one who responded with properties to review that met our criteria. He was eager to seek out all the possible locations that might be of interest to us. He informed us of the pros and cons and stepped us through the process. He was honest and direct. Im looking for a house in Durant area recently. One friend recommended Chad McGlocklin. Hes a great agent! As a mom of little ones, i care a lot about school and safe problems. Chad showed me all the houses within my budget and told both the good and the bad about these houses. Hes such an honest agent and he did stand in my shoes. To buy a house is a big thing for me, and i try not to make mistake. A good agent is so important!
