Over a 14-month period, Saundra worked with us to sell our home and to purchase our new home. Both transactions were completed with extreme professionalism and were both both very satisfactory to us. There were absolutely no problems with either transaction and we were kept in the loop through every step. Saundra's knowledge of the real estate market in this area is unsurpassed. Her knowledge of and connections with key individuals in government and in the contracting/inspection world allowed us to sidestep any potential issues. In a word, she was "amazing." There is no substitute for experience, and she has probably dealt with - and overcome - every real estate issue during her career. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell property. One example (of many) where Saundra went above and beyond was weeks after closing on our new home, when we were encountering issues with preparing our home for occupancy and were particularly distraught, Saundra changed her schedule to come by our house to advise and assist us even though at the time she was several hours away. Needless to say, Saundra started as our agent and left as our friend.
