I have been renting from Chad just under 3 years and have had a great experience Chad at the very beginning of our experience was very helpful when moving into our home we had a little issue with finances and Chad was very willing to help and was patient with us he from day one has said honesty goes along way with him and he does mean that we have had times where we were going to be late on rent I let him know about 2 weeks advance and no issue and no extra charge now me and Chad have had a falling out but I had a little to do with creating this on Christmas day my dish washer took a crap and made Christmas difficult we had a lot of company so instead of waiting I called and texted and rightfully Chad was upset and we shared words but that did not stop him from helping the very next day had someone out and had the issue fixed also came in person to apologize for for being upset at which time I apologized as well other then that I have nothing bad to say very easy to work very honest and works hard to keep his tenants happy which I appreciate very much. Thank you very much chand for all the help and hard work

Chad is... 1. Petty 2. Vindictive 3. Needs every ego boost you can give him Chad decided to have the roof on my house changed 30 days before we were about to move out. The FRIDAY afternoon of memorial day weekend, he decided that that would be a good time to let us know the roof would be taken off our house the following TUESDAY. Literally gave us no time to prepare as it was a holiday weekend we would be gone for and ALSO how was I supposed to get work off over a holiday weekend with three days notice? He ensured me they wouldn't go in the house (like I hope not, seriously don't know why that had to be said), but my dog has major anxiety (takes medication) and people stomping and pounding on the roof all day while nobody is home probably wasn't great for him. Luckily, I was able to have a friend come by for a few hours the first day. Other than that, I'm sure my dog was terrified the entire time. Chad hired a company with roofers who did not speak english, could not let you know how the repairs on MY residence were going, etc. Chad hired the cheapest people he possibly could. Chad did not care. He said he understood, but immediately said 'well it's still going to happen anyway'. The last month we were there, we had people coming and looking in our windows because he had posted the property for rent online already. The last month was very uncomfortable. He brought up my dispute with the roof being done to potential apartment complexes I was going to move into as well, getting me denied. He claimed multiple times when we paid rent only a few days late that he would not count it as technically a late payment, he did anyway. DO NOT rent from him. He ONLY cares about getting the home rented out, nothing else. He is not easy to deal with and has an ENORMOUS ego that he wants you to feed.

You will not find an agent who will work as hard as Chad. He kept us updated through out the transaction, and made selling our home a stress free event.
