ZillowVERIFIEDChad burned a lot of gas driving from Holly Springs to Wake Forest to Mebane to help us find the perfect home. He tried really hard to get our builder to throw in extra stuff, but she was simply unmovable! He also brought the smack down when they told us we couldnt use our own lawyer (we were sitting with the builder and heard Chad on speaker phone)...however the builder was unmoved there too and told him they would back out of the sale on that. We went with their lawyer, because the house was our perfect house and Chad knew, since we had been dragging him all over NC for 2 years, that we werent willing to lose the house. Bottom line, hes a good guy, hes hard working and you can trust him to be honest and do what you need to get you the house of your dreams.
