Chad came highly recommended. He worked with us on the sale of our house and purchase of our new home. From the start it was clear why he came so highly recommended. He took the time to understand our goals and worked hard to make the dream a reality. Chad has the knowledge and resources to make the process of selling/buying as relaxed as possible. Hes honest, hardworking and has a sense of humor. Chad was always very responsive and communicated well. Given all of that plus his high level jiu-jitsu skills it is fair to say you are safe in Chads hands.

My husband and I worked with Chad on the purchase of our first home in 2017 and then again on the sale and purchase of our second home in 2023. Prior to working with Chad we had worked with a few realtors which did not work out. When we found Chad we couldn't have been happier. Chad went above and beyond for us, really listened to what we were looking for and most of all he is truly HONEST and cares about finding the best possible outcome for his clients. Chad was aways present during showings, spent time helping us look and evaluate properties, was highly responsive and truly advocated for us during the offer period. Chad is extremely knowledgable in the real estate market and has deep experience with a wide range of property types across New England and beyond. I ask for four things in working with a real estate professional. First is intelligence and having practical skills, second is having knowledge of the market, and an ability to close a deal, third is the capacity to communicate effectively and, importantly, to listen to questions and concerns that I might have, and fourth is to have a sense of humor. Chad has each of these key attributes in abundance. He helped us get the property in shape to maximize its value, he paid attention to the details in a competent and capable manner, and with his help we were able to find a buyer within two or three days of putting the property on the market. Best of all we had a good time doing it! Many people find preparing a home for sale is a chore, but we found that doing it with Chad was a blast. I say thank you Chad for everything- now lets go out and eat some noodles!
