Chad Freeman

Broker/Owner of iHeart Realty, Inc. located in downtown Palatka, iHeart Realty, Inc. serves Putnam County, St. Johns County and Alachua County. Chad is a Florida native who was born and raised in Palatka, Florida. In 2013 Chad decided to leave IT sales and earn his Real Estate License. He began his real estate career in St Augustine, Florida where he was a focused buyer's agent for REO's. After realizing how much he enjoyed helping people with one of the most important and largest purchases someone will ever make in their lifetime, he became a licensed Real Estate Broker. In 2017, Chad knew he wanted to go back to his roots in Palatka and open iHeart Realty, Inc. in the Putnam County community. As the Broker-Owner of iHeart Realty, Inc., Chad helped make it a real family endeavor by bringing family members Larry Freeman and Ronnie Singletary into the brokerage. Not only did family members join him, but so did his wife, Jessica and several grade school friends whom he has been friends with for over 20 years. iHeart Realty, Inc. has over twenty real estate agents and continues to grow. No matter how big or small the brokerage grows to be, exceeding the customer's expectations will always be the driving force of iHeart Realty, Inc. Chad is involved in all aspects of real estate.
