Do now use this agent or chad dixon with remax results they look for anyway possible to cancel your contract to pocket your down paymentThere was money they did not receive from rent-help-mn program for late fees ect due to a error on chad dixons end but neverless are canceling my contract keeping my 23,000 dollor down payment and evicted me in 30 days
