This was my first time buying a home by myself, so needless to say, it was a little intimidating! Thank goodness for Chad! He walked me through the process, explained everything in detail, and gave me all the information I needed in order to make an informed decision. He also was able to find the perfect house for me and my budget!! He truly had my best interest at heart and went above and beyond in order to get me where I needed to be! It was a long, convoluted road that he had no problem navigating with me and, we had some laughs along the way! Chad is very knowledgeable not only about Hattiesburg real estate, but real estate in general and everything that goes along with it. I highly recommend him for any and all real estate needs.
