He is always available 24/7 to assist and when it comes to an offer he is a great negotiator . Once we secured our offer he was on top of every step of the process until he got us across the finish line. We sold at a difficult time when houses were not moving but Chad said that he would get our home sold and he made it happen. If I was to sell or buy again Chad is the only agent I would use.
