Chad Burgess

Growing up it was almost inevitable that I would go into something that dealt with business and people. Raised in a family full of business owners, educators and investors my interest and involvement in real estate began at an early age, however what may seem crazy is that I didn't go straight into real estate. Upon graduating high school, I pursued a degree in physics and electrical engineering from Presbyterian College and Clemson University. My background in this field has assisted me in developing better communication, networking and interpersonal skills, which are key to servicing clients I am a family man with a devotion to God, my beautiful wife and two children. An athlete by nature, I'm an assistant varsity football and basketball coach with two high schools and a volunteer coach on my son's athletic teams. I am Co-founder of the United Community Foundation, an organization serving others through community and recreational activities such as an annual basketball camp, financial workshops, and disaster relief drives to residents in South Carolina. I also enjoy traveling, working with children, and reading. Home is where the heart is, getting the right home is an important choice and choosing the right agent can make that choice a lot easier.
