With their help this past spring, my wife and I began our search for our first home in Northwest Arkansas from over 1,000 miles away in SLC, Utah. Moving our family from Utah to Arkansas felt like a truly daunting task until we had the good fortune of being introduced to Chad and Bonnie. Their intimate knowledge of the local market and excellent communication skills quickly put us at ease, because we knew that we had found the right people to help us! Throughout the spring, my wife and I made multiple trips to Arkansas, and each time, Chad and Bonnie showed us that finding the right home for us was their top priority.
