About Chad & Jen Beasley

Chad began his career in real estate in 1997 after working in the financial planning industry right out of college. After a teaching career and raising a family, Jen joined the business officially a few years later. We have helped over 1,200 families accomplish their dreams & solve problems in and around the Birmingham area. In the past several years we've been ranked consistently among the top Realtors in the state of Alabama. We strive each day to put our clients' wants & needs above our own to help them achieve their goals. We live in the Shelby County town of Chelsea and are involved in activities all over the Greater Birmingham area. This is such a great area with so much to offer. I asked several people in the area which realtor they recommended. EVERYONE I spoke with recommended Chad! I was told when you think of Chelsea real estate, you think of Chad. However, his expertise is not only in Chelsea. His real estate knowledge is amazing. His recommendations for updating the property were right on point and realistic. From the first time we talked with Chad until the property closing day, Chad was always just a call away. If Chad was not able to answer our call he was quick to either text us as to when he would be able to talk with us or Chad would call back within a few minutes. Chad was very helpful helping us stage our property and any all questions that we had about selling our property. Chad was always very through explaining the answers to our questions.
