From start to finish Cesar made the selling experience easy, digestible, and lucrative. As an out of state owner Cesar managed the transfer of keys as my previous tenant moved out, professional photography, and had an extensive list of contractors to help with last minute fixes. During the bidding process he broke down each offer into net income sheets for me in a digestible single sheet format and was available to walk me through the pros and cons of each offer. While the home did have to go through multiple buyers, Cesar was always transparent and never let the sale lose momentum. While things were quiet, Cesar would make sure to keep me updated at an appropriate rate that allowed me to not stress and feel confident things were moving forward. I do not have enough great things to say about Cesar?s positive attitude and quality of work. He truly reshaped my opinion of the real estate process with his professional and work ethic. Thank you!

Im not the type of person that writes reviews, but this time I will write it because Cesar Jimenez deserves it. He was very knowledgeable, very patient, honest, and he always worked for my best interest. I contacted Cesar in Feb. of this year. I told him I was interested in buying a house but wasnt sure of the steps to take to do so. He told me we need to see how much I could afford and that I needed to talk to a lender.The next step was the desired size and location. I told him I was more concerned with the location than the size of the house, There were only houses that were pending or excecting back up offers at that time, But everytime a house came on the market in my price range Cesar took me to see it, He wrote offers up for me the same day. The first two, someone elses offer was excepted. But after about 3 weeks of searching he found the one for me! I told him this is the one! I REALLY want this one. So he wrote the offer and 45 days later, Im in my new house and absolutly LOVE it!!!. I feel that due to Cesars determination and quick response time my goal was accomplished. I will most definently reccomend him to all of my friends and family!!!!
