Partnering with clients in Myrtle Beach, SC (the fastest growing area in the country), I’ve had the honor of representing a wide-variety of clients including newly retired, growing families, empty nesters and those who’ve dreamt for quite some time about finding their “Castle in the Sand.” It has been my pleasure to serve both Buyers and Sellers as they navigate the dynamic waters of real estate!

Don had his house on the market in AZ for almost a year. It wasn’t moving, which meant he couldn’t fulfill his dream of beach living. We remained in touch and knowing our market was offering great deals at the time, I asked him, “Could it be possible - while difficult at first - that if you lower the price of your home in AZ and get it under contract, you could make up that money in the deals being offered on homes here?” Within an hour of that call, Don did lower the price on his home and I bet you know what happened next! Within 3 days that home was under contract and Don is now enjoying a beautiful home he got at a GREAT price within 5 miles of the beach! It means the world to me when people trust my expertise and we succeed in reaching their goals!

Fortunately, I started in Charlotte, NC, as an on-site sales representative for a national luxury builder. It was a great environment to learn the ins-and-outs of new construction, the latest design features and the importance of impeccable customer service. After five years, I was recruited by another builder to be an Area Sales Manager in Myrtle Beach. I missed working directly with clients, so that’s when the decision was made to go into General Brokerage and I’ve been delighted with my decision ever since!

Staying up-to-date in the industry through training and education is exceptionally important to me. I have maintained my Broker’s License in both South and North Carolina (the highest level of license to obtain without running a firm). This alone requires many hours of continuing education each year. I have also obtained two special designations from the National Association of Realtors – ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and AHWD (At Home with Diversity). Finally, I invest in the use of a real estate coaching program, receiving weekly coaching to sharpen my skills, in addition to attending industry-wide conferences annually, tapping into the latest resources and growing my nationwide network of connections.
