Celester is no joke, no play, the real deal. What sounds to good to be true, is absolutely true, defying most deals on the market today. The reason Celester is able to offer such a fantastic rate is because his method flat out works for his business. You keeping more money does not, in any way reduce your service or quality of any piece of your home buying/selling process. He has actually been the best realtor in my experience. Always on, friendly and expeditious responses, and EXTREME patience. He was always happy to explain something I didnt understand, even if I needed a baby hand holding breakdown of it. Celester earns every single dollar he gets from your business and you cannot go wrong having him as your realtor. My house was in escrow in less than 2 weeks, even with a higher quality house literally next door to me on the market. Even when I locked myself out of the house TWO nights in a row, I was still able to get an immediate response. Celester is there for you. He wants to make sure you get the best deal on your home, he wants you to have the best experience you can, he understands how stressful and time consuming buying/selling a home is. Celester was an incredible listing agent. As a first time seller we were a bit on the needy side; Celester was always responsive to our questions and made us feel very comfortable.
