ZillowVERIFIEDCarly Ferry is currently under investigation for fraud by the California Department of Real Estate. Ms. Ferry was the listing agent for a home I purchased. Ms. Ferry signed disclosures stating that the property was owner occupied and repeatedly referred to the couple residing in the property as the sellers. When I moved into the home, I discovered concealed damages that were not listed in the disclosures. I contacted the sellers and was told that they never occupied the property and thus were not aware of any damages. Ms. Ferry represented the sellers in two other real estate transactions in 2022. This prior relationship demonstrates that Ms. Ferry knew that the occupants of the property were not the sellers. Ms. Ferry later admitted that she knew that the tenants were not the sellers. I had to take the sellers to small claims court to pay for the damages and the judge ruled in my favor.
