Natash Washington did all the footwork and kept me informed as to what was going on. I found Catina not at all helpful or..........honest. The inspector SHE HIRED, John with Legacy Inspection Services (Brandon actually did the inspection) really screwed me over. The roof leaks were not reported; the front porch was detaching itself from the front of the house.....not reported; faucet in master bath was totally clogged and was a mere drip of water; several electrical outlets did not work; water pressure itself was insufficient; Gutters worn out and leak badly......the list goes on, but not on his inspection report. Brandon did note that 3 window frames were rotted and needed replacement and railing and supports on side porch were also rotted and needed replacing. Catina had HER "handy man" do the repairs. I was told I had no choice as to who did the repair work. That was a lie. Kevin replaced the rotted wood with old wood about as bad as what he replaced. Two of the rotted window frames were replaced with..............more old and wood with rot! Every day was another fiasco and Catina's attitude did not help. Had to fight to get money held in escrow to replace roof. I asked for $15 to be held, but was shot down! $5,000.00 was all she would agree to.....................MY OWN AGENT! The battle continues........ Do not get involved with Broadwater-Toole Realty! I'm 73 and have bought 8 homes and sold 7 in my lifetime. This has been the most exasperating and stressful real estate experience I have ever gone through........
