Cathryn Howland

I was born and raised in Holmen and have always called the Coulee Region my home. I love that we have four seasons and enjoy sharing what our area has to offer for each one! One of my favorite joys of real estate is all the wonderful people I get to meet and build relationships with. I look forward to learning each client's needs while serving them in both the buying and selling process. I believe in going above and beyond my clients expectations to give them an exceptional experience that they want to tell all of their friends and family about. Staying in touch after the transaction to provide value and continue our relationship is just as important to me as during the sale. When I'm not helping clients I love spending time with my husband and daughter. My family and I enjoy boating in the summer, spending time at our cabin, and watching my husband race late models at La Crosse Speedway. I have a huge passion for bow hunting and have enjoyed the sport with my Dad since I was a girl. I believe in putting out positive energy and intentions into the world and love starting my day watching the sunrise, journaling and sipping coffee to do just that!
