I take this responsibility very seriously. As your trusted real estate advisor, I have a fiduciary duty and will always put my clients best interests first! When I meet clients for the first time, I want to get to know them so that I can best serve them and advise them on how to achieve their real estate goals and have their dreams become reality. I do not view real estate as just a one-time transaction. My goal is that by the closing date, my clients and I have developed a mutually respectful relationship that will last a lifetime. There is no greater compliment I can receive as an agent as when my clients call upon me with repeat business and refer me to their family and friends. Whether I am working with you on the buy side or the sell side, or both, I bring a full-service approach to each client. I develop a market driven pricing strategy for my clients, staging consultations before listing, a mix of both social media and traditional print marketing, an extensive list of proven professional that I work with from inspectors, to lenders, to design pros that I can call on to help my clients as needed. I have earned the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designation as well as the Certified Staging Consultant (CSC) designation from the National Association of Realtors and am constantly keeping up to date with classes on the latest and greatest technology and real estate skills so that I can provide my clients the best experience possible. Before real estate, I had an extensive career in fundraising in the non-profit sector, working for Make-A-Wish Foundation and Blythedale Children's Hospital, amongst others. I grew up in the O'Hare neighborhood of Chicago where I attended Resurrection High School. I am a graduate of DePaul University where I earned a Business Degree with a focus in Marketing. My husband and I lived in New York for several years and for well over a decade, we have resided in Park Ridge where we are raising our two kids and love it!
