Catherine and Keric represented us in the sale our home, and they were fantastic! There is nothing as stressful as changing homes, and they made the experience, at least the part of it that they managed for us, go as smoothly as could be. Our home sale and purchase experience with Catherine and Keric was nothing short of amazing. And I don't know that I have ever heard of another realtor putting this level of time, care, concern and direct effort into making sure we were in a perfect place, every step of the way. From the very first conversation, we felt at ease. This was critical for us, with so many other moving parts in our lives, and now that our sale and purchase journey has concluded, as I look back, I can honestly say that being "at ease" was a result of Catherine's professional approach, clear understanding of every aspect of the market and timing, and a deep and genuine care for us as people. "Don't worry. I've got you covered" was stated, texted or emailed to us so many times, and every single time, she followed through. For anyone reading this who is considering options: Catherine literally put together the game plan for house prep (including incredibly efficient and effective contractors to consider), timing, budgeting and rolling out the actual sales plan so perfectly that within 36 hours of being on the market, we had a pile of offers, all solid, after around 40 showings. On the purchase side, Catherine was determined to help us uncover the perfect home, and when it presented itself, her approach with the sellers and our overall interaction, resulted in us securing the home of our dreams (that is not an overstatement) in one of the toughest purchasing markets ever. "Don't worry. I've got you covered..." this continued throughout the negotiations, details we wanted and needed, treating the home seller fairly (which helped result in a continued solid relationship) and setting us up for success. If this all seems like an exaggeration, I can assure you it is not. We have been blessed to have many solid, long-term business relationships personally and professionally and I would consider Catherine and Keric to be at the very top of that list. I would literally not change a single thing about the process and the guidance we were provided. When we needed a plan and professional support, it was there for us. We certainly were covered, and the "worry" factor dissipated early on. Then it became fun. And we are so incredibly grateful.
