ZillowVERIFIEDCatherine responded to my email very quickly. I am just renting the house short term so I didnt want the process to be too hard. I actually had sent emails to a number of realtors and only one other one responded but that was after I was already doing the whole process with Catherine. It definitely is odd to me that people wont respond when thats how they make their money, but it worked out better for me anyway. Realtors can be like used car salesman. Catherine was up front with me about everything, explained everything to me and ended up being extremely honest. She modified the lease with the landlord to get me in the house a couple of days early because the water in the place I was at stopped working. She did all of that later in the night when she found out I was going to a hotel to stay. She works for the landlord but actually went out of her way to look out for me as well. And even after the lease was signed and done, she kept in contact to make sure I got into the place and that I was satisfied. With the lease being short term I dont know that theres big money in it for her but she went above and beyond anyway. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know and will be using her in the future for sure. I cant thank her enough.
