1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
If you intend to finance any portion of your purchase, we recommend obtaining a letter of loan pre-approval before beginning your property search. Conventional mortgage interest rates fluctuate, and can only be locked to a specific property once your offer has been accepted. Completing the pre-approval process will give you a better sense of your monthly payment, and can also inform the specific price range for your property search.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
“You never get a second chance to make a first impression” is our philosophy in preparing a property for the market. This may entail proactively gathering documentation, addressing deferred maintenance issues, or making recommended staging adjustments in advance of our professional photography and video shoot.

Brian and Marirose with the Catherine Rowe Team made our house-buying experience easy and, honestly, fun! Brian showed us many houses before we found "the one."
